The primary means of contacting support is via email. Email requests will be responded to during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Phone support is also available during business hours. After-hours phone support is available for at an hourly rate.

Hourly Support

Issues that are external to the support of and connection to the WorkPlace environment are subject to an hourly support fee of $150 per hour. This includes items like computer rebuilds, virus removal, or hardware failures of local computers. All hourly issues are manually reviewed by account representatives to ensure accuracy before being invoiced and any issues resolved in less than 15 minutes are not billed as they are considered part of our complimentary best-effort support that we provide for out of scope issues.

Maintenance Windows

Most maintenance occurs behind the scenes and has little or no direct impact on our customers. We try to schedule all maintenance activities to occur outside of normal business hours and therefore our standard maintenance windows are:

  • Monday through Friday after 11pm and before 6am.
  • Saturday and Sunday after 8pm and before 6am.
