How it Works

A Network Scout probe installed on your network examines the state of your systems. This probe communicates encrypted data via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to our Network Operations Center (NOC) in Denver, Colorado. The Primal Sentry NOC has multiple telecommunication providers with diverse paths to the Internet, backup power generators, fire suppression systems, as well as interior and exterior surveillance.
