Open Position: Tier-2 IT Engineer
Virsage Solutions is growing and we are looking for an outgoing, smart and reliable person to join our technical team as an Engineer. Virsage is a leading IT and Desktop as a Service (DaaS) provider headquartered in Lafayette, CO. This position as an Engineer would be responsible for acting as escalation support for the Virsage help desk Support Team. Project work for our existing customers. Server and infrastructure maintenance/upgrades.

Desired Skills & Experience
Virsage provides a work environment that keeps the work day interesting and stimulating. The ideal candidate for this position will have 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting desktops and servers, excellent customer service skills and a desire to increase their knowledge of computer networks and business solutions. We are looking for someone with experience in the following technologies:
- Microsoft Windows 7/8/10
- Microsoft Windows Server
- Office 365
- Citrix Technologies
- Microsoft or Citrix Certifications a plus
The successful candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of the following areas:
- TCP/IP Troubleshooting
- Active Directory
- Networking troubleshooting/configuration
- System backup and monitoring
- Exchange Administration
- Office 365 Support
- Desktop and Device Support
- Application Troubleshooting
- Server Administration and configuration
- Documentation creation
Some travel may be required and off-hours work will be necessary. This full time position requires a person that possesses the following personal skills:
