About Virsage

Virsage was co-founded in 1999 by Chris Dodge and Daniel Malishkin. They were committed to creating a new type of IT support organization that combined exceptional customer service levels along with technical support at a cost effective price. Their objective was to partner long term with companies to help them set and achieve IT strategies and operations appropriate for the size and needs of those organizations. Traditionally, small and medium sized organizations had to choose either hiring in-house staff or paying consultants to perform hourly work. Both of these plans proved to be expensive and could not guarantee results in the level of service, quality of the solution and overall customer satisfaction. Chris and Daniel found that a service level based approach with measurable performance indicators would provide the ideal method to deliver IT support.

To help accomplish this goal, Virsage has developed a set of tools and systems for supporting networks, Primal Sentry. This platform combines remote support capabilities, incident management, asset inventory, and network monitoring to enable Virsage to quickly respond to your day-to-day needs, as well as report on overall service status, trends, and service levels.
